Terms of service

Last updated September 2026

1. The service

Gantry provides access to a knowledge graph of US healthcare providers, facilities, and organizations via web applications, a REST API, and MCP servers, under the plan tiers described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts and plans

Sandbox accounts are free and scoped to a curated data slice. Paid plans bill quarterly or annually per their order form or in-app terms. You are responsible for activity under your API keys and seats.

3. Acceptable use

Use the data for lawful commercial purposes. No reselling or redistributing the graph as a competing dataset, no attempts to re-identify or harass individuals, no circumventing plan limits or environment gates.

4. Data and accuracy

The graph is compiled from public sources and continuously reconciled; coverage scores express completeness per record. The service is provided "as is" — verify before relying on any single record for a regulated decision.

5. Data disclosures

Some of the data in Gantry is published under terms that require its publisher be named wherever the data is shown; naming a publisher here records where data came from and does not imply their endorsement of Gantry. This section is the canonical home for those credits and any added in the future — the complete registry of data-source notices and licence attributions is on the data notices page.

Publication-type classifications are drawn from a periodic snapshot and do not necessarily reflect the most current or accurate data available from the U.S. National Library of Medicine.

6. Termination, liability, and contact

Either party may terminate per plan terms. Liability is capped at fees paid in the preceding twelve months. Questions: [email protected].

7. Text messages

Gantry's support line, (845) 4-GANTRY, answers the texts you send it: we reply only to your messages about your inquiry and never send marketing. Message frequency varies with your conversation, and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help; you can also reach us at [email protected]. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our Privacy Policy says how we handle your number.
